Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms govern your use of Altvion ZenFlow (the "Service"). By creating an account or being granted one by your business owner, you accept these Terms.

2. Acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

3. The Service

The Service provides multi-channel WhatsApp messaging, customer relationship management, AI-assisted reply, booking calendar, and reporting tools to small business operators. Features and pricing tiers may change over time.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping credentials secret. Tenant Admins are responsible for sub-user accounts they create. The Service may suspend or terminate any account at any time for breach of these Terms or non-payment.

5. Tenant responsibilities

Each Tenant Admin is the data controller for their own end customers. You must: (a) comply with applicable data protection law in the jurisdictions you operate, (b) obtain consent before collecting sensitive data (NRIC, medical), (c) honour deletion / access requests from your customers, (d) ensure your use of WhatsApp complies with WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to: (a) send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), (b) impersonate others, (c) abuse the API or scrape the Service, (d) upload illegal content, (e) bypass anti-ban protections we set, (f) reverse-engineer the Service. Violating users may be banned without refund and reported to WhatsApp.

7. WhatsApp compliance

This Service is independent of and not endorsed by WhatsApp / Meta. Use of WhatsApp through the Service is at your own risk and subject to WhatsApp's Terms of Service. WhatsApp may ban your number for behaviour that violates their policy, even with our anti-ban protections active.

8. Payment & billing

Subscription tiers are billed in advance per the plan selected. Late payment may result in account suspension. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Pricing may change with 30 days notice.

9. Data ownership

You retain ownership of your data. We hold a limited licence to host, process, and back it up solely to provide the Service. Upon account closure, you may request a data export within 30 days; after that the data is permanently deleted.

10. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months prior to the event. We are not liable for: WhatsApp bans, lost customers, lost revenue, AI hallucinations, or third-party outages.

11. Termination

You may cancel any time. We may terminate accounts for breach, non-payment, or extended inactivity (12+ months). Upon termination: WhatsApp sessions disconnect, scheduled messages stop, data is retained for 30 days then deleted.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
